...and other beasts

Some BeastsVarious beasts are in attendance. The Dawlish 'Oss representing The Parson and The Clerk (named for a local ledgend and a distinctive offshore rock) is in the foreground. Behind a wing of the Dragon from La Retraite School in Salisbury is visible, next is the Dorset Ooser - a figure with a long and obscure history thought to be related to the skimmities related by Thomas Hardy. In the distance see Edna the Portland Sheep, a morris dance beast belonging to Royal Manor Morris.
